About

Three decades of homes, told one project at a time

Kevin Weaver has spent his career building homes the way he'd want one built for his own family — with attention, honesty, and craftsmanship that lasts.

The builder

About the builder

Kevin is a lifelong resident of historic Jefferson County, WV. He is a second-generation contractor with over three decades of experience.

Commitment

Our commitment

We pride ourselves on building homes and projects with quality, integrity, and style. With Third Day Builders, you get the unique opportunity to work one-on-one with a contractor who has spent thirty-plus years building custom homes.

That direct line of communication means your needs and your vision actually shape the home — no frustration trying to relay decisions through a chain of employees. We are with you every step of the way.

Our process

How a Third Day build works

Five clear steps from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

  1. 1

    Initial contact

Reach out through the contact form. We'll respond within one business day to schedule a conversation.

  2. 2

    Initial meeting

Bring whatever plans you have for the home, addition, or remodel — or none at all. If we're starting from a blank page, we develop the plans together.

  3. 3

    Proposal

A clear proposal based on the budget, plans, and scope. Once everything is settled, you get a timeline to completion.

  4. 4

    Continued communication

During the build, you talk directly to the builder. Concerns, changes, walkthroughs — all handled one-on-one, not through a chain.

  5. 5

    Our guarantee

Every new build is backed by a one-year new-build warranty and a ten-year structural warranty.
