Privacy Policy

Last updated May 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Third Day Builders collects, uses, and protects the information you share when you visit this website or contact us through the form. We have written it in plain English because policies you cannot read are policies you cannot trust.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional city and state, the types of work you are interested in, your budget range, how you heard about us, and your project description. We also automatically log your browser type and IP address with the submission — that is used to help us prevent automated spam and is never used to identify or track you across the web.

How we use it

We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if a project comes of it, to coordinate the work. We may store submissions in our records so we can keep continuity on long-running projects and so the contact history is available to the builder. We never sell your information. We never share it with marketers.

Email

Notification emails are sent through Zoho Mail, the provider that hosts our business mailbox. When you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you would prefer not to be on our list at all, just tell us and we will delete what we have.

Cookies and analytics

This site currently uses no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies of our own. If that changes in the future — for example, if we add a privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand traffic — we will update this page and tell you what is being collected.

How long we keep it

We retain contact submissions and any follow-up correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship — typically while a project is active and for a reasonable period after it concludes for records and references. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it (we generally are not).

Photos and the gallery

The home and project photos on this site are stored in our own AWS S3 bucket. They are images of completed work; we do not associate them with the names, locations, or identifying information of the homeowners.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Substantive changes that affect how we handle existing data will be called out clearly.
